Hey Oppo, so I finally bought a car to replace my RSX. I found a nice 4Runner Sport (not the one pictured but close enough). I’ve got a couple of modifications in mind starting with Bilstein 5100’s.
Now, when it comes to wheels there are tons of them out there. The problem is a lot (most) look like they belong on Bro Trucks which is definitely not what I want.
I’ve got a couple wheels in mind already, but are there any out there I might’ve missed? The 4Runner uses a 6x139.7 pattern and needs at least a 17 inch wheel.

FJ Cruiser steelie!
The 2nd wheel in your lineup is by far the most popular 4runner wheel, frankly I think the 4th gen limited wheel is the best of the ones you posted.

SCS makes a few options tailored to Toyotas.

p.s. its the same bolt pattern of the Tacoma, Lexus GX470 (maybe the 460?) as well as the 80 series land cruiser if you want to keep it Toyota (or find a good set online for cheap)

Their F5 is on my list, that’s about it.

Ooh those look good. I’m sure they’re cheaper than aftermarket ones too. Hopefully they’re not much heavier than the OEM wheel.

There comes a point where you should stop letting people ruin things for you

This. In my opinion, pretty much nothing looks cooler than lots of rubber on steel wheels for SUVs and trucks

Not even that, just not a fan of the overly styled wheel look. Think Rockstar wheels, fake beadlocks, etc...
If money was no issue, I’d have a set of TE37’s ordered right away.

It says “nuts to style, I get stuff done.”

Which I’m sure have their place where they look good too, and just because they are associated with something negative is no reason to pretend you don’t like them if it ever came to that...
Most Rockstar rims are beyond my tastes too, so don’t get me wrong... but if I found ones I liked I’d be stupid to skip them just “because bro truck”

What about Konig Six Shooters? Nice and simple design, easy to clean, and much lighter than the OEM wheels. That’s what I’m rocking on my 4Runner.

Method wheels look nice.
Also BFD wheels

Those look nice, your truck looks good too. I’m guessing you’re running 18x9 and a lift?

There’s a guy near me who has Method wheels on a lifted Outback, looks pretty good.
TireRack sells them too so it’d be easy to build a wheel & tire package.

I really like the 2006-09 stock wheels as in your top photo. Are you getting rid of those? Because my 2005 4Runner would be happy to wear them.

Mine has the Sport style wheels. They look similar but they’re a silver painted finish.

Oh yeah, I prefer the Limited ones but those aren’t bad either. As for a suggestion for aftermarket wheels: I saw these or something like them on a slightly lifted 4th gen once and thought they looked good.

I really like the BFDs on Toyota trucks and SUVs.

Toyota TRD wheels?

Solid lineup. I think I’d take the top of the non stock ones.

Oem or SCS- that’s my pick.
Or off-road steelies.

Mine are 17x8, and the pic is right before the lift.
The BFDs that Jordan, the Slowrunner, and Kona posted are basically the same but the 18x9 version
